Reservations

At Casa Tatie we have a minimum stay of 7 nights and 14 nights in high season (December - February). Reservations made via the website or via an external booking channel are final after completing the reservation.

 Check in and out

On the day of arrival you can check in with us from 15:00. Earlier check-in is subject to availability. On the day of departure, we will check you out up to 11:00 am. A possible late check-out is possible based on availability and will be discussed with you.

Cleaning and maintenance

A deep cleaning will take place once a week (for a stay longer dan 8 nights). The beds are changed, bathrooms are cleaned and vacuumed and mopped.

Deposit

We charge a deposit of €500/1,000 ANG/500 USD per reservation. This must be transferred to our account in advance or paid in cash or with a payment request upon arrival. On departure we will return this deposit to you minus the water and electricity costs of your stay.

Terms of payment

You will receive an itemized invoice immediately after booking. You must transfer 20% of the total amount within 2 weeks after booking. The remaining invoice amount no later than 30 days before the arrival date. A new invoice will be sent for this.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation within these 30 days, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum. Unforeseen circumstances may mean that a planned holiday cannot take place. We therefore always recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Damage to furniture or belongings

If any damage occurs in the home, this must be reported immediately by the guests. The costs of this will be deducted from the deposit. If the repair and/or replacement costs exceed the deposit, this must be paid by the guest. This also applies to the disappearance of inventory and/or bath towels.

Additional house rules

Smoking is only allowed in the garden of the house. If there is smoking in the house, the cleaning costs are ANG. 500.

The use of drugs and/or dealing in drugs is not permitted in both the home and the grounds of Casa Tatie. When we notice that this is being used, immediate removal from the house will take place without refund of the travel sum or deposit.

Liability

The stay at Casa Tatie is entirely at your own risk. Casa Tatie cannot be held liable for damage to personal items or injury to you or one of your fellow travelers during your stay.
